Join our team as a Facilities CSA Intern and gain hands-on experience in: - Overseeing site utilities, maintenance, and property management - Project Management and overseeing construction projects through design, procurement and construction - Developing estimates and tracking budgets - Engineering and design of new and renovated facilities including: foundations, structures, drainage systems - Collaborating with vendors and contractors to identify industry innovations - Developing and incorporating lessons learned into Engineering Standards - Coordinate with experts from all engineering disciplines to deliver a coordinated project - Ensuring construction executes work safely, on-time and with high quality You'll work on diverse projects, including: - Civil works and structural foundations - Exterior and interior architectural designs - Cleanroom infrastructure - Roofing and waterproofing Gain valuable industry experience and jumpstart your career with Texas Instruments! Minimum Requirements: Requirements: - Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, construction engineering, or architecture - Minimum 3.0 GPA Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions - Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery - Ability to build strong, influential relationships - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
